    1. Referral via GP / Advanced Audiology Practitioner

    If you are having difficulty with your hearing you should book an appointment to see your GP or Advanced Audiology Practitioner, if there is one available at your GP practice.

    Audiology services for adults within the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board - West area are based at Ysbyty Gwynedd.  Audiology clinics are also held in all community hospitals across North Wales. These clinics are appointment only. Contact the audiology service to make a booking.   





    How to access audiology for children:

    1. Referral via GP / Health Professional

    If you have concerns regarding your child’s hearing and would like a referral for a hearing test by audiology, contact either your child’s GP, Health Visitor or School Nurse who can make a referral to the service as necessary.

    Replacement batteries and hearing aid consumbles can be requested via online form.
