Summary
Please note, due to Covid-19, the timetable of well-being courses is currently on hold.
The Living Life Well Programme runs two taught courses called STRESS CONTROL and ACTIVATE YOUR LIFE.
Taught courses are delivered in a lecture style (not a group therapy); as such they contain no discussion of personal problems.
For people that prefer more interaction we run a standalone workshop based on the 5 WAYS TO WELLBEING.
Services include:
- Stress Control courses.
- Interactive workshops for anxiety, low mood, and assertiveness. To book these workshops please contact the team.
- Access to self-help materials.
Courses are held at locations across Swansea and Neath Port Talbot. No referral is needed, you can just go along The course lasts for 6 weeks, with each session lasting for no more than 2 hours.
Each week covers a different topic. You are welcome to bring a member of your family or a friend for support.
