    Summary

    111 Option 2 is a triage service for mental health support that will provide advice and support and signpost to services where appropriate.  The 111 Option 2 team consists of Mental Health Professionals from the Health Board who are trained as part of a multi-disciplinary team to offer triage and support.


    Areas covered: Patients within the Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire Local Authorities areas.


    How to access the service: Callers living within the Health Board area can call 111 and select Option 2 to access mental health support. Note there may be issues with using Wi-Fi calling, if users within the relevant areas turn this feature off and try again, they should get through to the teams.
