Summary
For mental health advice and support for all ages, 24 hours, 7 days a week, call 111 and select Option 2 to be connected to a team of mental health practitioners within your Local Health Board area free of charge.
You can call NHS 111 and select Option 2 if you or someone you know needs urgent mental health care, but it's not life threatening.
111 Option 2 is a triage service for mental health support that will provide advice and support and signpost to services where appropriate. The 111 Option 2 team consists of Mental Health Professionals from the Health Board who are trained as part of a multi-disciplinary team to offer triage and support.
