The bilingual app has been developed by the NHS Wales respiratory health group on behalf of the Welsh Government and has been designed to offer people a bespoke tool and personal coach to help them on their road to recovery. 

How do I access / download the app:

You can access the app using the following QR code. 

To scan the QR Code, open the camera on your Smart phone.

Hold your device over the QR Code so that it’s clearly visible within your smartphone’s screen.

Two things can happen when you correctly hold your smartphone over the QR Code, the phone automatically scans the code or on some readers, you have to press a button to snap a picture, not unlike the button on your smartphone camera.

If necessary, press the button.  Your smartphone will read the code and navigates to the intended destination, which doesn’t happen instantly. It may take a few seconds on most devices.

- Update your activity log, record your recovery progress, look back at your recovery journey.

- Support you to reach your COVID recovery

- Tailor to your symptoms, delivered by the experts.
