Summary
The Weight Management Service provides a supportive and compassionate service for people living with obesity. The service focuses on helping you to make long-term positive changes to your lifestyle, rather than a short-term, ‘quick-fix'. They will support you to overcome any barriers you may have losing weight, and help you to make changes that will help you achieve your personal weight loss goals. The team offers support from dietetics, psychology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy and medical support depending on your individual needs.
How to access the Weight Management Service:
1. Referral via GP / Health Professional
If you think that you need support from the Weight Management Service then speak to your GP or healthcare professional who will be able to refer you.
2. Self Referral via Form
You can refer yourself to the weight management service by filling in the online referral form below:
