    How to access services such as hearing aid repairs, replacement batteries and lost hearing aids:

    Patients are requested to phone the audiology service and leave a message detailing their name, date of birth, address, telephone number and hearing aid concern / request.  You can also post your hearing aids to the audiology service for repairs, see the website for further instructions.

    Note that there is a cost associated with replacing lost hearing aids.
