    Summary

    Hospice of the Valleys is in Blaenau Gwent, caring for over 600 patients every year with a team of specialist Palliative Care professionals dedicated to providing Hospice care, taking care of people’s physical needs and providing for their psychological, spiritual and social needs; helping them to live as actively as possible after diagnosis to the end of their lives, however long that may be.

     


    Out Of Hours Access Arrangements: Clinical Nurse Specialists are available to visit until 10.00pm, between 10.00pm and 7.00am they are available for telephone advice.
