    Summary

    The team provides nursing care & support to children, young people and their families across the whole of Cwm Taf University Health Board, aged from birth to 16-years-old and up to 19-years-old for children with complex health needs.

    Children and young people that use the service can typically require support for wound care, enteral feeding, monitoring of vital signs, administration of medication, phlebotomy service and provision and monitoring of equipment.
