How to access podiatry:
The service is available to people who live within the Powys Health Board area only.
1. Referral via GP / Health Professsional
Powys Teaching Health Board Patients accept referrals from a GP or Healthcare professional.
2. Self Referral
Powys Teaching Health Board Patients accept self referrals. You can self refer to the service by filling in the form below:

Once you have completed the form it can be emailed to contact.centre@wales.nhs.uk or printed and posted to: Podiatry Appointments, Montgomery County Infirmary, Llanfair Road, Newtown, Powys, SY16 2DW.
The podiatry service does not provide ordinary nail cutting. If you require a nail cutting service, please contact Simply Nails on 01597 825908 or visit www.ageuk.org.uk/cymru/powys/our-services/footcare or a private practitioner.
