    Summary

    How to access physiotherapy for Bone, Joint or Muscle concerns (MSK):

    Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABUHB) have developed the Move Better Gwent website to support the community of ABUHB to look after bones, joints and muscles. 

    Patients must be registered with a GP surgery within the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board area.

    You can refer yourself for physiotherapy by filling in the form below:

    If you require any assistance or have any queries, please contact the MSK Primary Care Hub on 0300 373 2539.

    If you do not wish to complete a self-referral form yourself or with assistance, you can contact your GP practice to arrange an appointment where they can refer you to physiotherapy if appropriate and agreed by you.

    1.  Referral via GP / Health Professional

    Aneurin Bevan University Health Board accept referrals from a GP, Health Visitor or other Healthcare professionals, who can make a referral to the service as necessary.
