Summary
Sexual health clinics offer a range of services to support a range of sexual health needs. The clinics will offer support, testing and treatment and may refer onward if needed.
Services are currently by appointment only and the helpline can be very busy at times - the advice is to keep trying the telephone line. You cannot leave a message. The helpline will direct you to the most appropriate clinic. The health board operates several clinics across Swansea and Neath Port Talbot. Please do not attend these centres if you do not have an appointment.
Alternatively, the Health Board operate an online booking form to request a call back from the Sexual Health Service. Please complete this form and one of the team will call you back as soon as possible on a withheld or unknown number. Please try and answer this phone call.
The Sexual Health Clinic is staffed 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 12.30pm on Friday.
Note: the normal opening hours outlined below are the helpline opening hours, and not the individual hubs.
If the helpline is not available, contact your GP practice for advice during normal opening hours.
Alternatively, the Sexual Health Wales Website offers a range of resources for information and services for home delivery of sexually transmitted infection (STI) screening.
For unplanned pregnancy queries, contact the Pregnancy Advisory Clinic - Swansea Bay Health Board on 01792 200303 to discuss options.
