Referrals can be made by secondary care providers and GP practices (from either district / practice nurses or doctors).

This service does accept self-referrals from patients and their families (with the patient’s consent).

How do I access the Bladder and Bowel Health Service for a child or young person?

For advice regarding children, contact your Health Advisor or School Nurse.
How do I obtain continence related products?
Patients who receive disposable continence related products can re-order by contacting Just Wales on telephone number 0800 093 2918. The Bladder and Bowel Service also have a centralised prescription service to prescribe all urinary appliances, which can be contacted on telephone number 01443 208690.
How do I arrange disposal of containment products?
Disposal of containment products is via your kerbside collection. Contact your local council regarding specific bags / arrangements.
What do I do with surplus products?
If you have any unopened products that you no longer require, contact the Bladder and Bowel Health Service.
