    Summary

    The Beaufort Society is a support network and the society keenly promotes the better understanding of the conditions of transgender, transvestism and gender dysphoria in society, thereby creating and improving tolerance and acceptance of these conditions by a wider public.  The Beaumont Society operates a national 24 hour, 7 days a week information line. This information line contains the telephone numbers of all the societies regional organisers who are available to speak to for advice.
