How to access physiotherapy for adults:
1. Referral via GP / Health Professional
You may be referred from your GP Surgery, Hospital Consultants or other health care professionals.
2. Self Referral
You may self book onto the face to face access clinic. Click here to book an initial assessment the Physiotherapy Access Clinic
You can contact Physio Direct and speak to a qualified physiotherapist on telephone number 01792 487453. This service is open Monday to Friday, between 9.00am amd 10.00am (excluding bank holidays).

How to access physiotherapy for children:
1. Referral via GP / Health Professional / Parental Guardian / Teachers
This is an open referral system which means that anyone who knows or works with a child or young person can refer to the service. This may include parents / carers, teachers, other health professionals, consultants, GP’s etc. If a professional is referring on behalf of a parent, consent needs to be obtained from the parent/carer before the referral is sent. Referrals cannot be accepted where signed consent has not been given.
